It is yellow or orange-yellow crystalline powder, a little bitter, a little odor, m. P. 280 degree(decomposition).
It is very slightly dissolves in water and practically insoluble in alcohol, easily dissolves in NAOH solution.
Usage: Food additive, food enhanced function.
Storage and transportation:
It must be stored in dry, cool and ventilating place and the same conditions when in traveling.
