1. SERIES QC12Y HYDRAULIC SWING BEAM SHEAR

Performance

Frame welded, vibration to eliminate stress, high in rigidity, sturdy and durable. Hydraulic drive, swing beam, retum of knife beam is smooth and prompt by accumulator or nitrogen cylinder, stead & reliable perfoman.

The position oflow blade can be adjusted to ensure the wpuilibrium of the gap after regrinding. The protable and prompt adjusted of the blades'gap, the value of gap is indicated by dial, positioning reliable.

Setting the backgauge by motor. The displessly devices used to the backgauge'value and the shearing times are on the front of the machine.

The stroke of knife or cbeam can be adjusted steplessly, conveniently and fast. Preselection of single or continous strokes. Preselection of cutting number and cutting strokes.

2. Truecut-mechanical shearing machine

Performance

This machine is different from the traditional driving methond of mechanical shcarers, its one of the most davancedminiture mechanical shearers and enjoys good reputation both at home and abroad. A brekemotor driving through a shaft mouted speed reduction unit and controlled by as delector switch for single or continuous strokes pronides quiet instantaneousing agemint. The lomw cutting angle and inclined shearing directon reduces bowing and twist to a minimum, Blade clearance is easily set by a manually operared"Quickset"device, its an ideal truecut machining equipnimt of sheet metal and nonferrous sheet metal.
