Lifting Magnets can lifting and transporting steel scraps, plate, billet, profiled bar, coiled bar, rebar, bundled steel tube, steel band coil when energized, which are widely used in metallurgical, mine, machining and transportation industry.
MW04 Main Function:
The small diameter round electromagnet is suitable for lifting and transporting single piece of thin steel plate and long steel plate. It can be used as electromagnetic clamping device in the operating machinery; Also can be used as electromagnetic hand to hold extremely small materials. Please pay attention to thickness, width, length and weight of steel plate when choosing model so that you can have the exact electromagnet and control equipment with the fittest model and specifications.
Main Features:
1. Adopt totally sealing structure with good property of moisture-proofing.
2. Majorized design by computer with reasonable structure, light dead- weight, strong attraction force and low energy consumption.
3. The energizing coils are processed by special technology to improve the electrical property and mechanical property of the energizing coils. Heat- resistant grade of insulating material reaches grade C with long service life.
4. Rated power-on sustaining rate of normal type electromagnet is increased from 50% in the past to 60%, which improves the efficiency of the electromagnet.
5. High temperature type electromagnet adopts unique method of heat- protection, the temperature of the attached materials is increased from 600degree Celsius in the past to 700degree Celsius, which expands application range of the electromagnet.
