Stamping parts are widely used in different lines, and it is one of our major products.

We have a nice stamping producing team who can use CAD, CAM to develop various kinds of stamping parts skillfully and professionally. The stamping process includes: Blanking, drawing, forming, flanging and so on.

We have a complete set of equipments, various kinds of pressing machinery nearly 100. And we also have the machinery for tooling make, such as digital machine and wire cutting machinery, we can make the pressing toolings independently.

The material we use are the cold -rolled low carbon steel sheet, hot-rolled low carbon steel sheet, cold-rolled stainless steel sheet, hot-rolled stainless steel sheet, medium carbon steel sheet and structural steel sheet.

Besides the above services, we can provide the surface treatment of stamping parts, such as electro-galvanized plating, hot dip galvanized plating, chrome plating, Dacromet, environmental protection Dacromet, plastic spray, dusting and polishing.
