Model SYG-0A type Hoisting weight limiter is Mainly used in electric wire rope hoists, beam cranes, gantry cranes and other lifting equipments as the weighting display and overload control. It consists of lateral pressure sensor and controlling meter entirely. It sends a acousto-optic alarm and outputs controlling contacts when it under overload condition.
Elevatig capacity: 0-32T Rope size: 9-26mm Technical specification as below 1. Precision: Precision of display≤ 5%F. S, action error ≤ 3%F. S(full load) 2. Forecasting alarm: 90% of the rated lifting weight, sending out acoustic-optic alarm 3. Delayed alarm: 100% of the rated lifting weight, sending out acoustic-optic alarm continuously, relay works 1 to 2 seconds later, cutting off the rising power supply 4. Immediate alarm : 105% of the rated lifting weight, the relay works immediately, cutting off the rising power supply. 5. Power supply: Standard: 380VAC 50Hz, but 36VAC, 110VAC, 220VAC also available if required 6. Operation environment: -20 C degreee~ +60 C degree ≤ 90%RH 7. Protection level: Sensor is IP68, meter box is IP42 8. Overload capacity: 1.5 multiple of the rated lifting weight. SYG-0B type housing limiter also available if required. Elevating capacity: 0-200T |
