Product Description

It is used to test resistant ball shape busting height and cracking index of various shoe upper leather, thin leather. Fix peripheral region of leather sample to make steel ball lift upward from leather inside, when leather is received 800N force of leather produces cracks, at this time, the high value of rising is cracking value.
Related standard: DIN53325, ISO3379.

Technical parameter:
Clamp: Could clamping the edge of sample, to make that the diameter of a circular area not gripped in the middle of sample is25.0± 0.5mm.
Top rod: Fixed a steel ball of 6.25± 0, 05mm diameter on the top end.
Relative speed between steel ball and clamp: 12± 2mm/miin
Continuous monitor records pistons displacement starting from zero, timely, displacement sensors of extend height, accuracy: ± 0.05mm
Continuous monitor records the force sensor of piston forced, range of 0-1000N, accuracy: ± 5N
When sample shows cracks and breakings, the accuracy error is within ± 3% for test device.
