Shenzhen Josen Industrial Co., Ltd, founded in 1999, is professional in designing and producing infrared sauna. By 2009, Josen have developed one leading manufacturer with 30000 square meters of workshop, 500workers including 40 quality control staff, 7 engineers for R&D, with 2000units of monthly output covering about 70models with different style for mid-range and high-end market.

Two types of Woods for infrared sauna, hemlock and red cedar are from Canada and Alaska, with fumigation and phytosanitary certificate. The wood is dried about 20days to get the best stability and durability. Semi-automatic machining system, based on USA equipment (Like MAX CUT 2000 Optimizing Cross Cut Saw) is launched for high uniformity and solidity on the products. Wood parts are treated with sawing, pressing, cold sanding, polishing to get good outlook and smoothness. Treated wood is by Laboratory in Texas, USA, to prove it comply with safety requirement for home using. All the electric parts are tested in high temperature room to make sure they function well within high temperature inside the sauna.

Every control boxes are tested with vibration to make sure they work stably with speakers. Every product is recorded during the whole producing process, and with only serial number for us to support products and after-sales service.

Quality system is approved by IS09001: 2000. Products are certificated with CE, RoHS, ETL, and C-tick.
