IBAU series of homogenized silo is extremely low power consumption, good homogenizing effect, high efficiency and energy saving, low infrastructure investment, easy operation and management, etc.

IBAU silo adopts continuous homogenizing technology of Hamburg Company in Germany. There is a steel mixing weight bin on the external position, and a big cone in the center of the silo bottom. The weight of raw materials in the silo is transferred to the silo wall through the cone, the annular space of the silo bottom is distributed 6 (or 8) inflatable districts inclining 10 degrees in the center, and several inflatable boxes of various specifications are installed in every district, and steel decompression cone is arranged on the upper of inflatable districts. When inflating and discharging, the raw materials are firstly sent to the inflatable boxes that are radial arrangement, then sent to the measurement bin in the center of silo bottom by air chute through the under discharge door of the cone. When discharging, the raw material is in the top-down flow process, cutting the level material layer to arise the gravity mixing function, after entering the mixing silo, it is further homogenized by continuous inflating and mixing, and homogenizing effect is up to 68, power consumption is 0.360.72MJ/h raw material (0.10.2Kwh / t raw material).
