Product Description

Sprays up Roving is made of E-glass multi-end fiber. Mainly utilized in spray up process, Hobas pipe, continuous filament winding pipe and panel manufacturing. They are compatible with unsaturated polyester(UP), vinlylester(VE). Widely applied to manufacturing boat, bathtub, storage tank, Hobas pipe, filament winding pipe and palen ect.

Sprays up Roving are especially designed excellent performance for spray-up molding of fiberglass reinforced thermoset.
Easy chopping.
Uniform/flat lay down on the mold.
Good wetting.
Easy roll-out and air release.
Low static.
Excellent mechanical properties.

Filament winding roving is specially designed as reinforcements for thermoset resins used in filament winding processes. The size systems of filament winding rovings are made to achieve good compatibility with polyester, vinylester and eposy resins. It is soft, smooth and better compatible with styrene for resin impregnation. The GRP is good property of water-resistance.

Use: Widely used in filament wound pipes, pressure vessels, chemical storage tanks, complicated parts, reactor etc.
