Embossing Facial Tissue Folder/toilet paper machineThe jumbo rolls which have been slit into the desired width are cut by the slitting cylinders, and then interfolded into inter-overlapped rectangular facial tissue sheets. The machine adopts vacuum suction, and automatic marking functions. It features of high speed, nice folding and easy operation.

1. Finished products size: 200/210*210mm(width is adjustable) (other sizes can be designated );
2. Jumbo roll size (mm): Maximum width 420/840/1260mm, 12~18G/M2*2(ply), Jumbo roll diameter ≤ 1200mm;
3. Jumbo roll core inner diameter: 76.2mm(Other sizes can be designated);
4. Machine speed: 1200~4800draws/min (set as per how many lines);
5. Embossment unit: Steel to rubber roller, steel to steel embossment, steel to felt roller, steel to paper roller;
6. Embossment down roller: Felt roller, paper roller, rubber roller, steel roller;
7. Slitting system: Pneumatic mode point-cutting;
