GuangPing County JingGuangYuan Metal Products Co., Ltd. Was established in 2004 on March 4. It′s a synthetical production processing enterprise, specializing in manufacturing of steel toecap, steel plate midsole, aluminum toecap, composite toecap and plastic toe cap used in safety shoes.
Our company located in the east industry park of Guangping county which is 50km to the east of Handan city and covers an area of 10 acres. We have strong technique power, with 3 experts and 15 engineers. We strictly conform to the standard of "EN 20345" export safety shoes, and to develop and produce steel toecap, steel plate midsole, aluminum toecap, composite toecap and plastic toe cap. We have models such as 522, 6522, 604, 459, 459B, 470, 701, 702, 517, 527, 588 and so on more than 70 models. The annual production capacity exceeds 20 million pairs and ranks first in the same businese line of China. Each index of the product can meet the EN 12568 standard. For years, we have won the trust and support of clients with high-quality products and good credit. Now, we are one of the drafting unit of the national standard of the People′s Republic of China for <<Foot protection-Toecaps and penetration-resistant inserts>>. The standard was formally implemented on February 1, 2013.
In 2012, our company purchased 44 acres of land in Qingdao Jiaozhou to establish a branch company with an investment of five million. The new factory expand the scale of production and the equipments we use are all the most advanced. Our current annual output can reach 20 million pairs. In 2014, our company purchased 45 acres of land in the industry park of the south of hebei guangping county in order to adapt to market development and changes, which enlarged the production scale again. The new factory is expected to be completed and put ino production in March 2015 and the anual production capacity can reach 60 million pairs.
