It's newly developed extruder of plate and sheet for project use by our company, L/D ratio scope: 35; 1¡ª55: 1, it's not simply prolonging of the screw &barrel, but a totally process of plastic production, it has more than 2 exhaust segments, it has more advantages compared to the traditional single exhaust segment extruder: Lower compression ratio at the compression segment, higher output, significant reduction of wear for the barrel &screw longer service life and more profitable.
