Aluminum and plastic composite panel extrusion line is the world new generation in the field of building and decoration material, it can be totally used as the substitute of the traditional material to build the curtain wall. KR-series aluminum and plastic composite panel extrusion line production principle: Polyethylene (PE) material is extruded via screw and shaped by mould and 3-roll calendar - combining with high molecular film - aluminum foil is combined at high temperature -cooling and shaping - protection film combining- longitudinal edge repair & cutting - final product.
