The engineering technology of replacing valve under pressure since used on field from 2001 up to 2008.12.31, we have totally finished more than 504 wells' construction of replacing valve under pressure, which we have changed and serviced various types of 797 main valves. Including six kinds of well type: CYB160/ CYB210/ CQ250/ KQ350/ KQ600/ KQ65/700. And the specification of inner pipeline involves 50mm/ 55mm/ 57mm/ 62mm/ 76mm/ 89mm. Among these, the well pressure includes 1 MPa ~50MPa, the output includes 0.1*104m3/d~ 50*104m3/d, the H2S includes 0~ 180G/M3.
