PPR Special Masterbatch is PPR suitable material as base material, applicable for coloring PPR tubes, with advantage of innocuity and heat resisting, conforming to GB/T17219¡ª98 standard, and meeting the safety requirements. PPR Special Masterbatch has been introduced for several years in our company, and it has owned more than 100 users in the whole country. It has the following technical characteristics:
1. Innocuous.
2. High temperature resistant
3. Lower fusion index, Higher molecular quantity
4. Higher intrinsic viscosity
5. Heat stabilizer.
Form the following characteristics:

High temperature resistant.
Have no color fading.
Adopt applicable material of PPR as matrix, and it will hardly influence the primary physical characteristics of PPR tubing.
According with sanitary requirements, and the tubing is according with GB/T17219-98 standards too.
Don' t absorb chloroform or rarely absorb chloroform.
Excellent rate of characteristic to price. Its price is far lower than the same kind of imported products while the performances are equivalent.
Species: Light-gray, White, Clay-yellow, Yellow, Blue and so on.
Recommended additive ratio: 1: 50.
