K. F. Medical Instruments Co., Ltd., through their own research & development center, present B-soft under pant for incontinences to solve this problem. The outer layer, the main body of the pant, is made of knitted fabrics consisting the super soft elastic fiber. The main key point is the strip area extended from the front waist to crotch with the same width. Its construction is as below:

1. Our dust free fabrics laminated with TPU sewn inside of main knitted
fabrics.

2. On the top of crotch, a needle punching fabrics is inserted.

3. The inner portion contacted human body, again a dust free fabrics is
Sewn.

The facility of each portion:

1. The urine of incontinent wearer is absorbed, through siphon Phenomena on the surface of our first dust free fabrics, to the second diffusion layer. The diffusion layer will keep urine from reversible osmosis caused by the mono alignment of the knitting threads which makes dry in the area contacting with human body.

2. The needle punching fabrics is for receiving excess amount of urine.

3. In order to avoid too much excess urine staying in the crotch portion,
the surplus urine is allowed to be absorbed and diffused into the diffusion layer of the second dust free fabrics.

4. The TPU attached with the outer knitted fabrics possesses a function
of isolating urine from human body to avoid wetting outer clothes.

5. Besides, we also pay attention the problem of side seepage. Therefore a patented fabrics is sewn between thigh and groin.
