Why should we develop this product?

For long years, the most of mattress are used is made of coconut fibers.
However through the clinic experiment, it is found that such kind of mattress becomes not only the main infective source but also a nightmare to the nursing staffs due to its non washable, odor and easy growth for bacteria.

Gradually it is instead of mattress with some kind of foams stuffed inside and covered with synthetic leather; However because of non air permeable, non heat exhausted, still it is easily for bacteria accumulated and growth. Also patient laid in bed for long term, the maximum pressure to be exerted is head, upper shoulder, buttocks and heels.
But because synthetic leather on the cover without elasticity enough, the pressure will not be dispersed evenly subsequently it makes the patient uncomfortable. Therefore it is not satisfied to meet the requirement for upgrading the medical quality.

Anti Bacteria

Our product is treated BIOSEREI (international known), its function of anti-bacteria will not be influenced and reduced because of washing. The product provides not only the environment for enabling penetration by bacteria but also no survival possibility. According to the test report with no. TPF7G203, the Staphylococcus arueus (CCRC 10451 and Klebsiella Pneumonia are inhibited.

High coefficient of heat exhaust

A TPU (Thermo Plastic Urethane) possessed with traversal and perpendicular directional elasticity is used for the outer fabrics. The said TPU has been treated by BSOFT-TEX (our own) for achieving the functions of water proof, high humidity and air permeable, as well as easy heat exhaustion. Another raw material to be used is our patented fabrics which has minor pile on the surface. The said possesses good ability of water / humidity absorption and diffusion. It makes the air (outside in) and humidity (inside out) easily circulating and repelling.

The above mentioned two items are laminated for the cover of our mattress.


Through the test report, the cover offers the essential factor of the mattress with:

Humidity permeability 3,000 g/sq. M/ 24 hrs (ASTM E 96)

Water penetrating resistance Above 10,000mm (CNS10460)

Elongation: 110% in perpendicular and 125% in horizontal (for lessen shear)

Pressure reduce

The main body inside of the mattress is so called inert foam or remember foam. This kind of material offers even dispersion of the pressure exerted by human body when the patient lays down onto it. Subsequently it makes blood circulating normally for avoiding the bed soar.
