In management, Comfort implements a department system, setting up 3 departments (Air Cleaning Department, Food and Engineering Department, and Department of Environmental Protection and Househould Machinery) and a R&D center. The company now has established four main research centers, namely, water analysis research center, microorganism research center, ozone research center and electric lab, to attract and invite a large number of excellent people with ability, including 4 professors, 2 associate professors, 8 postgraduates, and a lot of engineers with university diploma.
