*The manufacturing technics of Low-E glass is to pyrolyze organic metal compound through chemical vapor-phase depository pyrolytic coating technology so as to deposit them continuously on float glass moving inside tin bath and back-out furnace. As the glass on line is coated continuously under high temperature, its surface is no polluted. So it can be manufactured in large scale with low cost because it needs no extra heating, cleaning or drying. The glass coat is solid, so it is called hard coat. It can be used in single layer or be further processed through tempering or thermal bending to meet marget requirement.

*The colors of Low-E glass: Clear, grey, green and blue.

*Normally we can load 9-10crates of weight 2500kgs each into one container. The gross weight is from 23 to 25tons each 20' container.
