9. What’s the warranty of your products?

6 months to 12 months, depending on the product. We accept free replacement for unqualified products. 

8. Can you arrange the transportation for us ?

Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation. 

7. How can the products be sent to us?

For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client’s choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ). 

6. What’s your usual payment term for orders?

Telegraphic Transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation. We don’t accept payment by credit card. 

5. How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepaid )
* Forwarder’s contact details ( in China or Hong Kong ) 

4. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package ?

Yes.
Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 500 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 3000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ). 

3. How can I get your price list?

Please send us email or fax for our price list and order information.

2. How much the courier freight will be for the samples?

Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and volume of the samples. 

1.How could I get samples? (Back)

We can supply some free samples ( total value under ten US dollars) if you have a FedEx, DHL, TNT account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If the total value of samples is more than ten US dollars, we will ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
