We can manufacture the rollers/idlers of dia 89-219mm length 190-3400mm, which are used in the steel industry, harbor, coal industry, power industry, cement industry, etc and we have Passed CE certification and ISO9001: 2000 certificate.

Impact roller/idler is one of our main products which is installed on the material-feeding spot to reduce the impulsive force occurred by the falling down material and protect the belt and idlers from damaged.

The rollers/idlers are made from high precision welding pipes and seamless tubes, steel plates and the body of the roller/idler and the bearing are welded as an integrated one by extrusion and argon guarantee welding, which make the rollers/idlers low resistance coefficient, long lifetime. The seal of our rollers/idlers are labyrinth seal, which make the rollers/idlers fine waterproof and dustproof.

The concentric design of the roller/idler decreases vibration.
