Nylon roller/idler is one of our main products which surface is covered by nylon coat which can improve the roller/idler's resistance to abrasion, antistatic and operate steadiness.
The rollers/idlers are made from high precision welding pipes and seamless tubes, steel plates and the body of the roller/idler and the bearing are welded as an integrated one by extrusion and argon guarantee welding, which make the rollers/idlers low resistance coefficient, long lifetime. The seal of our rollers/idlers are labyrinth seal, which make the rollers/idlers fine waterproof and dustproof.
The concentric design of the roller/idler decreases vibration.
