KTX-Nano Coating:
Screw coated by nanometer dimension paints, coating flows more fluently that results in the least head fill. Denser coating structure provides extremely strong adhesion on screws without peeling off while contacting with Composite Decking and wood lumbers. Guarantee rust-proof and anti-corrosion for the lifetime of your project. Anti-Corrosion in ACQ treated lumber, Acid Rain and U. V. Better anti-corrosion performance than existed popular coatings. (Rxxx, Mxxx, Dxxx).

Complete series of environmental tests approved. (Min. 2000hrs 5% salt spray test, Min. 15cycles 2.0l SO2 kesternich test, Humidity 90% & Temperature 50 degree C test and U. V. Test by our advanced testing facilities. )
Actual field test passed in beach and industrial areas.
Hex-chromium free in coating for environmental protection purpose.
