1. Designs according to customers' drawing;
2. Sending the drawing of mould to the customer review and confirmation, and then start manufacture;
3. Providing samples with whole dimensions and cosmetic inspection report, material certification to customer for validation and verification;
4. Providing inspection report of important dimensions and cosmetic in batches parts;
5. For high-precision small parts, the tolerance of whole dimensions can be controlled in tolerance of +/-0.05mm;
6. Particularly important dimension can be controlled in tolerance of +/-0.02mm;
7. Normal dimensions are controlled according to high classes tolerance specified in ISO system;
8. Materials: POM, PA, PBT, ABS, PC, PP, TPE, EVA, TPEE (from GE, and BASF)
