Product Description
Forced convectional furnace can be used for producing top quality flat/bent tempered glass.
Our forced convectional furnace is adopted most advanced technology which is real forced convection technology.
Under high temperature, high pressure centrifugal re-circulating blowers are equipped for the forced jet convection system. Characteristic of faster heat transfer, shorter heating cycle time, perfect glass quality and higher productivity can be reached. Heating time for clear float glass shall only take 30 second/mm; Heating time for Low-E glass(E: 0.03) shall only take 38-40 seconds/mm.
