Characteristic:
The co-group of laser welder is realized by the application of powerful pulse. First, the pulse laser supply lights and discharge to hernia lamp, forming a certain frequency and pulse width light waves, which radiate to ND3+YAG laser crystal through focusing cavity and stimulate the ND3+YAG laser crystal to light. Then, after resonant, it radiates pulse laser, 1064nm wavelength, which hit on the welding object after spreading, reflecting and focusing. Then, move the NC table and finish the welding under the control of PLC or industrial PC. The frequency, pulse width, duty ratio, speed and moving direction of pulse laser, which are needed when welding, can be controlled by SCM, PLC or industrial PC. We can adjust and control the energy of pulse laser by different setting to its frequency and pulse width.
 
Application:
Suitable for metal and alloys such as Ti, Mo, Zn, Cu, steel, aluminum, chromium, niobium, gold and silver and other metals and alloys. It can weld kovar alloy of the same material. It also be used for welding of different materials between different metals, such as mobile phone communication, electronics, watches, glasses jewelry, metal products, precise instruments, medical equipments, auto parts etc.
