At ZDAN, we have a fully advanced, modern day technology, on site glassblowing centre where we fabricate, modify, repair and manufacture all types of laboratory or industrial glassware to your specifications. We supply or fabricate the following glassware items: Adapters, Beakers, Bottles, Bubblers, Chromatography Columns, Condensers, Distillation Columns, Distillation Heads, Distillation Receivers, Essential Oil Diffusers, Evaporator Condensers, Evaporator Traps, Extractors, Flasks, Funnels, Gas Samplers, Impingers, Mantles, Pilot Plants, Reaction Apparatus, Reactors, Stirrers, Vacuum Manifolds, Vacuum Traps, and more.

We primarily use two types of glass in our fabrication: Borosilicate and quartz. Borosilicate glass is used in the fabrication of most laboratory apparatus. This glass has a high resistance chemical attack and thermal shock. Due to a low coefficient of expansion, mechanical breakage is minimized. Quartz glass is transparent and contains 99. 9% silica. Characterized by practically zero thermal expansion, quartz is not affected by thermal shock.
