Plastic Recycling and Washing Line

We've obtained rich experience in PET bottle recycle technology. Our standard PET recycling line includes two main parts: Washing and granulation sectors. The production capacity is from 300Kg/h to 1500Kg/h.

And our production line has three distinctive advantages:
1. Mature manufacture technique, high-level automatic control system, lower labor cost

2. The viscosity of PET flakes will only reduce 0.05 more or less during the whole recycling procedures. Thus it guarantees good performance for downstream applications.

3. Meanwhile this recycling line is commbined with a waste water treatment system. This system can recycle most of waste water generated in operation for reuse. Thus it will save you a lot of money, but also meet high requirement made by local governments in different countries.

Our recycling line can successfully realize all operations including selection & screening of dirty waste bottles, bottle crushing, flakes washing, label separation and bottle cap separation. Different customers have their own requirements, such as full-automatic recycling or manual operation and we will offer them satisfactory recycling draft.
