Product Description
1. The modified POM 0. 30-0. 50mm ensures very high anti-abrasion performance and low abrasion coefficient is ensured even under condition of instant oil shortage. The surface of the bearing is full of oil storage dents with regular spiral angles, which shall be filled up with lubricating grease at mounting.
2. The brass powder layer is 0. 2-0. 35mm with excellent load sustainability and abrasion coefficient is ensured even under condition of instant oil shortage. The sound thermal conductivity can timely transfer the heat generated during the operation of the bearings. The laminated material permeates into the gaps of brass- powdered balls, which increases the bonding strength.
3. The low carbon steel increases the load sustainability and thermal transferring effects of bearings.
4. The brass/tin galvanized layer of 0. 002mm gives the bearing sound anti-corrosion features.
They are especially suitable for the rotating and swinging movement at heavy duty and low speed as well as those locations where on and off under loads are frequent and fluid lubrication is difficult to form, under boundary lubrication, they can work for long service hours without the need for maintenance.
