Product Description
1. Lubrication without oil or with little oil, suitable for applications where oil lubrication is impossible or difficult to realize. As a result, the maintenance can be reduced or even cancelled.
2. Sound abrasion performance, low friction coefficient, and long service hours.
3. Able to work under a temperature ranging from-195~+280.
4. Excellent engagement performance with low noise and no pollution.
5. Thin wall structure with light weight and compact structure of the machinery
6. Forming transferring film when operating, protecting the shafts in abrasion and no shaft blockage will occur.
7. Low hardness requirements toward the shafts in abrasion. Even the shafts without quenching and tempering can work with them, which reduced the difficulties to process the relevant parts.
8. No water & oil absorption, low thermal expansion coefficient, sound thermal diffusivity and stable size.
9. Many types of metal can be galvanized on the back of the steel. As a result, they can work in corrosive substances with no rusts.
Currently, these bearing have been applied to the sliding parts in various machinery, such as the telescopic, swinging, sliding, bending, rotating and spinning parts of the automatic equipments such as guiding bushings of oil pressure cylinders, hydraulic motors, gear wheel pumps, textile machinery, automatic slot machinery, plastic cement forming machinery, die-casting machinery, tobacco machinery, body building equipments, office devices, hydraulic transport trolleys, steam engines, motorcycles and agricultural machinery, etc.
