Product Description
This bushing is a heavy-duty fluid lubricated bearing with good anti-abrasion performance using CuSn8 bronze as the base. The working surface for the standard FB-090 products is covered with rhombi grids full of lubricant storages. When movements start, a lubricating film can thus easily be created and the initial friction coefficient is reduced.
1. The inner hole of this product is full of oil pores and dents, which can keep large amount of grease during the application. As a result, the oiling maintenance interval is extended.
2. Lubrication realized with little oil. So they can be used in conditions where oiling or water filling is difficult to conduct.
3. Sound abrasion resistance, low friction coefficient and long service hours.
4. They can work in a temperature ranging from -100~+200.
5. Good running in performance, low noise and pollution free.
6. A structure with thin wall and light weight, the size of machinery is thus minimized.
7. The base has high density, pore free and large load sustainability.
Currently, these bearings are widely applied in various sliding parts for various machinery, such as automatic machinery equipments (telescopic, swinging. Sliding, bending, rotating and spinning parts), the guiding sleeves for oil hydraulic cylinders, textile machinery, plastic forming machinery, press casters, rubber machinery, hydraulic transport vehicles, steam engines, motorcycle industry, ports, water conservancy projects and agricultural machinery, etc.
