Melatonin is a natural bio-rhythm regulating metabolite that is secreted by the brain's pineal gland and has beneficial effects on sleep and jet lag. Melatonin is non-toxic. However it should not be taken by adolescents, pregnant or lactating, women, persons taking cortisone or persons with kidney disease.

Each capsule contains Melatonin 3mg.

Take 1 capsules, one to two hours before bed time.
