Xertube Kit uses resistance tubes and allows you to get more or less resistance by adding or subtracting the resistance tubes.
There are 5 levels of resistance: Exra light, light, medium and heavy, extra heavy, extro strong.

By using different combinations of the 5 various
Resistance tubes you can achieve many different levels of resistance.
Xertube Kit includes 2 handles, resistance tubes with different resitance strength level(color coded) tension, 1 door anchor and carrying bag.

Black Resistance Band (extra heavy): 20 lbs-- 1m lenth
Two foam handles: Cushioned, free rotating, with strong nylon straps and metal/steel Hook
One door anchor: Made of strong nylon material
Two ankle strap: Made of nylon straps with steel ring
One carrying bag: Nylon or oxford cloth material
