Runeng's main active ingredient is bile acid. In the hepatoenteral circulation, while the bile acid emulsified fat, compound with fatty acid to form the fatty acid- bile acid compound, this can make the fat be absorbed well through membrane, and then finish digestion.
All the biochemical reaction of the body, especially the enzymic reaction, all actions were going on in water solution. So it could access the fatty acid enzymolysis process only after emulsifying and forming fatty acid---emulsifier compound.

But hepatoenteral circulation is not whole closed. So the lack of endogenic secrete of emulsifier become the main factor of affection the fat digestion. Other crustacean: 500--1000g/ton feed
