Our inulin syrup(FOS) is a liquid inulin/fructo-oligosaccharide extracted from our local Jerusalem artichoke, it contains short chain inulin molecules (DP2-DP10), glucose, fructose and sucrose. It is characterised by its friendly sweet taste in combination with a low calorific content and can be applied as multifunctional sugar replacer. Its specification is as follows:

Total free sugar: 40+2%
Ash content on dry matter: ≤0.5%
Total plate count: ≤2000cfu/g
