Micro-computer controlled semi-automatic stretch blow molding machine can control various technical parameters more accurately and steadily so that the quality can be guaranteed efficiently. It is operated easily only by one person who does not need special training. Our semi-automatic stretch blow molding machine is fit to blow all sizes of carbohydrate beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, cosmetics bottles and hot-infused bottles, especially for oil bottles with handles.

1. Produce bottle from 0.1L to 2.5L(1 cavity) 3L-6L (2 cavities)
2. Output capacity up to 850 for 0.1L using two-cavity blow mold
3. Advanced PLC control system with a use-friendly panel
4. Time-control precision of PLC up to 0.01second
5. Equipped with special designed air storage unit
6. Using Infrared preform reheater
7. Independent Temperature Control for different heating lamp to get ideal preform heating result
8. Heating lamps are adjustable in directions to suit various preform
9. Operated only by one person, highly-trained is not required
10. Simple installation & startup adjustment
11. Waste rate of finished bottle is less than 0.3%
