1. General

In order to guarantee safe and reliable operation of this machine, please read this Operation Manual carefully before putting it into operation.

3. Operation
Before operating, check and make sure that the mains voltage remains in the rated input range of this machine, and then connect correctly according to the wiring diagram (fig. B).
Turn on the mains switch of energy saving unit, power indicator lamp goes on, time delay indicator lamp goes on too, it outputs voltage after time delay (3-8min), (push down the time delay quick-start button if the time delay is unnecessary), indicator lamp of time delay goes off, the energy saving unit enters into normal working state, Energy-saving rate: 15%-35%.
Turn on the power switches of matched consumer equipment.

When the input voltage exceeds the voltage stabilizing range or when the output voltage is under-voltage or over-voltage due to fault, corresponding under-voltage or over-voltage? Indicator lamp would go on, when coming across over-voltage, the machine would cut off the output voltage automatically, meanwhile, time delay indicator lamp goes on and enters into protection state.
110V output is designed for special equipment whose rated voltage is 110V, now max capacity of energy saving unit is 50% of rated capacity, and it has non-delay output (products of 1000VA and 12000VA have no this function).

When the input voltage remains in permissible normal working range of electrical appliance stably for long time, the mains switch can be set at position utility power? At this moment, the machine does not have the function of voltage output of 110V, and the energy saving unit is free of self energy consumption.
When the power grid comes across fault, please turn off the stabilized power supply as well as power switch of electrical equipment in time.
