This series rotogravure printing machine is suitable for printing BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, Al foil and paper etc. With good performance for multi-color continuous printing, this is a kind of ideal rotogravure printing machine for flexible packaging industry.

Features:
1. The whole machine is consist of unwinding unit, printing unit and rewinding unit, according to the customers' different requirements, the printing unit can be increased or decreased from 4 colour to 12 colour.
2. The main machine equipped with frequency converter, the whole machine with three-phase eternal tension control.
3. Each unit of computer colour registration system is controlled by separating micro-processor. It can adjust the deviation quickly and precisely.
4. Shaftless air cylinder clamping style for install printing cylinder.
5. With display of deviation, comprehensive correcting system for correct deviation as well as unnormal deviation alarming function.
6. Double photo-electricity checking, improve the whole checking and adjust speed.
7. Unwinding unit and material drawer are adopted with full auto. Tension controller and magnetic powder brake to control the tension.
8. Rewinding unit is adopted with frequency inverter motor with magnetic powder clutch to rewind.
9. Printing press rubber roller, charging draw press roller are both adopted with pneumatic control.
10. Pneumatic back pressure moving doctor blade.
11. Ink circulaing system and viscosity controller
12. Air shaft for unwinding and rewinding shaft.
13. Unwinding and rewinding are both double turn working mechanisms to make the material non-stop feeding, with splice system.
14. Automatic computer colour registration system and picture inspection system are equipped in this type machine
15. Reliable automatic tension controller is adopted.
