Wuxi Shangke Food Co., Ltd, a sister company of Wuxi Huadong Cocoa Food Co., Ltd, was founded on Dec. 4, 2002. It is a key cocoa producer and supplier based in China. It is also the only one qualified member of the European FCC (Federation of Cocoa Commerce) in China.

Since its establishment, the company have specialised in producing a full range of Cocoa products. Main products include high, medium and low-fat cocoa powder, cocoa butter, cocoa cake, cocoa liquor and industrial chocolate block. Among them, cocoa powder and cocoa butter are dominant products. Its annual output of cocoa powder is up to 8, 000-10, 000 tons.
