In August 2003, we bought land in western Shanghai "Qingpu Industrial Park" with capital USD 420 million invested and capacity reached to 10, 000MT annually.

The new plant in Shanghai is the same as Kaohsiung. Taiwan factory takes the modernest facilities, top class vigirn material, imported glass moulds ( Pilkington Glass in U.
