Ladder Type Cable Support Systems

Features: Light weight, low cost, unique shaping, fine ventilation ability, easy installation and quick heat dissipation. It is applicable for laying of big diameter cables, especially high-voltage, low-voltage and power cables.

Two Types:

1)Single Layer Cable Trays

2)Double Layers Cable Trays: Produced by Roller Pressing Line and strictly fixed by bolts, could be up to 8 meters long, which fit large span installation.

Optional Material:

1) Black Steel;

2) Stainless Steel;

3) AL-Alloy;

4) Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP)

Surface Finish:

1) Zinc-plating;

2) Hot-dip Galvanizing (HDG);

3) Powder-coated;

4) Electrostatic spray, color customized by requirement;

5) Fire-resistance;

6) Zinc-nickel alloy electroplatings;

Material Choose:
Your choice depends on the environment in which the tray will be used. Not all finishes available for all tray types.
Aluminum: Copper-free and corrosion resistant. Lightweight. Used indoor or outdoors.
Steel - Hot Dip Galvanized after Fabrication: Primarily for outdoor applications, as it provides excellent weather protection.
Steel - Mill Galvanized: Indoor applications only.
Steel - Stainless: Inherently corrosion resistant, but expensive.
Fiberglass: For highly corrosive areas.
Other Finishes: Epoxy, primer, or standard paint
