Ningbo Longxing Casting & Machinery Manufactory Specializing in the manufacturing of lost wax investment castings in carbon steel and low alloy steel, our company is a world class manufacturer and supplier in the large-scale professional investment casting in China. It consists of 2 casting foundries and 2 machining factories with an annual production capability of up to 15, 000 tons of precision castings and finished parts, which are mainly exported to Europe, America and Japan.
Located in Ningbo, Zhejiang, 7 kilometers away from the Hu-Hang-Yong highway, our company is very convenient to reach and enjoys great geographic position with Bei-lun Port, the second biggest port in China only 30 kilometers to the west and Lishe International Airport 15 kilometers to the east. Established in 1992, it covers a total area of 40, 500 square meters and now has a staff of 500 employees, including 10 engineers and 60 technicians. And equipped with complete investment casting and machining facilities, and advanced chemical and physical properties analysis and inspection devices, like CMM, Spectrometer, Tension Tester, MPT, Portable MPT, UT, Impact tester, Metallographic Microscope, it is able to meet overall inspection requirements on products quality, chemical, physical properties and non destructive testing. Meanwhile, with the continual introduction of the latest techniques in the world and more professional technicians and the expansion and the updating of new production and inspection equipment, our company is growing increasingly stronger in its technology backup and its finance.
The material designations used for investment casting in our company are various. Within the scope of using carbon steel and low alloy steel, more than 100 specific material designations have been developed in the company and various standards are adopted, such as Chinese GB, American ASTM, AISI, German DIN, French NF, Japanese JIS, British BS, Australian AS and Association of American Railroads AAR. Our products are almost applied in every field that involves mechanical manufacturing and processing, including trains and railways, mining and engineering machinery, automobile, ships, petroleum machinery, agricultural machinery, construction, valve and pumps, electric machine, hardware as well as power equipment.
Breaking out of the traditional practice that foundries only provide OEM castings, the company has created the new concept whose core is to offer solutions, terminal casting parts and customer services so as to secure a position in the top-end markets with the improvement of its added value of products as its core competitiveness. So far, over 3, 000 kinds of products have been developed and produced to meet the needs at home as well as abroad, including over 30 countries such as USA, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, UK, France, Holland, Australia and Canada.
