With an excellent property for low temperature resistance, some products can be used under a working condition from -250 to 260. The plastic bearings can be roughly divided into three patterns-bushes type, flange type and end face type, which bears the radial and axial loadings. Under some special working conditions, they can replace the rolling bearings and metal-based plain bearings, with a satisfactory result. An appropriate method shall be adopted for the installation and application of plastic-based plain bearings, the deformation and damages due to forcible disassembly shall be avoided and, meanwhile, attentions shall be paid for heat eliminating and cooling.
