Specific gravity: 2.22, slightly soluble in water and has hygroscopicity, acidic property appeared in a aqueous solution(pH=3). Insoluble in glycerine, when heated to 109; C, it loses crystal water

Uses: In food industry, it is used as leavening agent for pastry and bake, flulty agent for biscuit, cake; Ferment agent buffer, modifier in meat organization, fruit acid solidification in bread and cracker, yeast food, solidification agent, nutritional supplement. Improve saccharification and ferment in brew.
Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner, and a composite paper bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilative and clean warehouse, kept away from water and moisture, futhermore, it shoud be stored separately from poisonous. Its expiry date is eighteen month.
