Chemical Name: Potassium Chloride

Formula: KCL

Molecular Weight: 74.55

Specificity: Clourless prismatic crystal or cube Crystal white crystalline powder, odourless, taste salty. Steady in air.

Relative density: 1.987, melting point: 773; C, Easily soluble in water (1g/2.8ml), PH=7.0. Soluble in glycerine, slightly soluble in ethanol

Uses: In food industry, it is used as salt substitutes, nutrition enhancers, gelling, yeast food, flavor regulator, PH value. And also to use as enhancing the potassium to prepare athles beverage.

Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner, and a composite paper bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilative and clean warehouse, kept away from moisture and hot, futhermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous. Its expiry date is one year.
