1. The engraved roller can rotate clockwise or counter clockwise to acquire coating effect. The machine is suitable for handing various applications in tannery such as impregnation, bicolourable effect, top coating etc.
2. Three different engraved rollers are mounted on the supporting arms which are controlled pneumatically. The exchange of the rollers is quick and simple.
3. The board against the engraved roller, which is controlled pneumatically, moves right and left to get good coating effect while working.
4. Transmission mode: One is conveyor belt, the other is rubber roller.
5. The rubber conveyor belt is even in thickness, moderate hardness, oil and solvent resistance. The gap between engraved roller and conveyor belt can be adjusted and digital display.
6. Mathcing with drying machine to form the unit for continous working of coating and drying.
