Oxide silicon carbide is silicon carbide, silica powder as the main raw material, forming and drying in the shuttle fired kiln formed. The product has excellent oxidation resistance, thermal shock stability, compact structure, high temperature volume stability, high temperature flexural strength of higher benefits. The material is widely used in ceramic industry, shelf panels, pillars, and separated flame board, the chemical industry a variety of sagger, kiln liner, metallurgy and mechanical wear-resistant lining and so on.
