Product Description

Performance Characteristics:
The product is a kind of double component epoxy adhesive agent, which can fast cure at normal temperature. It has high intensity, small shrinkage, and good toughness. Its operation is simple. It is of abrasion resistance, water resistant, aging resistance, grease resistant, cold and hot alternation resistance, weak acid resistance, and weak alkali resistance. It is colorful and transparent, and easy to mix colors.

Applicable Scope:
It is applicable to adhibit and repair granite, marble and other kinds of stone material. Especially, the time effect is remarkable for it to patch corners of stone material, to adhibit at location to speed up curing.

Application Method:
1. The adhesive surface should be flat, clean and dry without dust, greasy dirt and other impurities
2. Evenly put it to the place adhibited with mixing glue knife, fold it, and exert pressure on it, after fully mix it well at proportion. Then enter the next procedure after curing for 10 minutes at normal temperature. Its intensity will reach the optimal status for 30 minutes later at normal temperature.
3. Add special-purpose color thick liquid to glue A or glue B to make the corresponding color of stone material, based on different colors of stone material. The amount of color thick liquid is 1~2% of glue.
4. The superfluous glue squeezed at the adhibited place should be scoured and cleaned with cloth dipped in little alcohol or acetone before curing. Notice:
1. The construction temperature cannot be lower than 5degree, and it may be suitably heated to speed up the curing period and to enhance adhesive intensity in winter.
2. The glue should be used along with mixing and not exceed over the amount of usage. It is better to make 4 grams of glue and the curing time is 3-8 minute at normal temperature. It is better to make little glue each time; Otherwise the glue may not be able for usage due to its curdling. If the temperature is lower and the amount of the made glue is too little, the period of usage and curing may suitably be prolonged.
3. The appliances to take component A and component B should not be used alternately, the surplus glue should not return back to the tube, and the adhibited items should not be moved if it does not completely cure. The glue may also be heated up within 40~80 C water to reduce its viscosity, or the stone material is preheated.
5. Please test it in advance in order to avoid mistake. Be sure not to cover the lids alternately. Cover it securely after usage. Be sure not to put it into mouth.
6. Seal it and store it at a cool, dry, and ventilating place. The guarantee term is two years. It may be continually used if it has passed the examination and is qualified, when the guarantee term is due.
7. It is not flammable and non-toxic after its curing. It may be transported by mail, peddle car, and express transportation.
