Product Description

This machine is used to coarse or middle crush every kind of mine stone or rock which ultimate compressive strength is not above 245 MPa.

This machine mainly consists of parts like frame, movable jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw plate and toggle etc...By the V-belt, the motor drives the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw move according to the scheduled trace to crush the material.

The fixed jaw plate is on the front wall of the frame. There are guard plates in both sides of the frame in order to avoid the abrasion of the frame.

The movable jaw has movable jaw plate in the front. The upper movable jaw suspends on the frame through the eccentric shaft and the roller bearing, while the bottom movable jaw supports on the toggle. The flywheel and groove pulley are set both sides of the eccentric shaft.

Another end of toggle supports on the adjusting device. The function of the toggle is not only to support the movable jaw but also to protect other parts of the machine from being damaged by rupturing itself just as the load of the machine increases suddenly owing to the uncrushed fed materials.

The adjusting device is installed in the sliding rail at both sides of the frame. The discharge size can be adjusted by changing the washer thickness after pushing open the adjusting device through the hydraulic jack( or jack screw).
