This is a single-stage hammer crusher applicable for crushing common fragile ores, such as limestone, mud powder, sandstone, shale, gypsum and coal etc., also for crushing mixture of limestone and clay. For this machine, large size particles can be fed and have big crushing ratio. So the large lump raw ore can be crushed at one stage to the qualified size for grinding. Production system of the previous multi-stage crushing process now can be simplified to single-stage. Comparing the traditional double-stage crushing system with the single-stage system, the latter can save 45% of total investment, decrease 32.5% weight of workshop equipments and a l RMB/T for crushing cost. This crusher has characteristics with easy operation, convenient maintenance, which improves the workmen's labor intensity. So, if physical characteristics of ores are suitable, it will be economic and reliable to use this crusher as the dressing equipment for large mines.

As the equipment for crushing main raw materials in the cement plant, this crusher is more suitable for working under conditions of heavy-rain, high moisture-content materials, more clay content than the same type crusher. As it has a special structure, which can avoid blocking and sticking. It's no need to stop the crusher as it has a special double iron-removing protection device, which can rebound the foreign metal material such as shovel teeth, drill, hammer to the feed roller or be discharged to outside of the crusher. So this crusher can run safely and stably. This crusher has two feed rollers with same rotation direction and different speed at full width for feeding materials, and such feed can reduce the load and impact from the ore to the rotor, and make the rotor run stably. All these result in stable load for the rotor, lower power consumption and longer service life for wearing parts such as hammer and grate, the technical index in these aspects reaches the level of the same type crusher abroad.
